I'm super happy with my necklace. I’ve bought engraved jewelry before, but I was never fully satisfied with the quality. The WAV engraving is top-notch, even on a very small piece. Customer service is also very helpful. I was unsure which chain size to pick, but they were very keen to guide me in the right direction. There were a little delay with my delivery, but once again, customer service was very nice and kept me up to date.

the chain looks solid, and the engraving came out great. It's got a nice finish. I got it with my dog's name on it :) If I had to nitpick, I wish the chain was a tad thicker, but that's just personal taste
