1  IMAGE QUALITY

• The image must be clear, sharp, and free from pixelation or excessive compression. 

2  LIGHTING

• Use natural or well-balanced artificial lighting.
• Avoid harsh shadows, overexposed areas, or dimly lit environments.

3  COMPOSITION

• The main subject (person or pet) must be fully visible.
• We cannot accept images where essential parts, such as ears, heads, or paws, are cropped out.

4  POSITIONING

• The image should clearly showcase the face or shape of the subject, either front-facing or in profile, depending on your request.
• Ensure the subject is centered and properly framed.
